Welcome to Unlimited Hosting Hub (“Unlimited Hosting Hub”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, web hosting services, domain services, servers, platforms, applications, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a hosting plan, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Definitions
Account: A registered customer account with Unlimited Hosting Hub.
Customer / User / You: Any individual or entity using our Services.
Services: Web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, email hosting, backups, security tools, and related offerings.
Content: All data, files, scripts, software, images, text, emails, or other materials uploaded, stored, or transmitted using our Services.
Plan: A hosting package or subscription purchased from Unlimited Hosting Hub.
2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities
2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration and billing information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.
2.3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Scope of Services
Unlimited Hosting Hub provides shared hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and related web hosting services in accordance with the selected Plan.
All Services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to:
- These Terms of Service
- Our Acceptable Use Policy
- Applicable local and international laws
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
To maintain performance, security, and reliability for all customers, you agree not to use the Services for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, phishing, or hacking tools
- Spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or email abuse
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Adult, obscene, exploitative, or abusive content
- Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain workloads (unless explicitly approved)
- Torrenting, warez, proxies, or IRC services
- Excessive CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth usage impacting other users
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account found in violation of this policy, with or without prior notice.
5. Billing, Payments & Fees
- Services are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or multi-year basis depending on the selected Plan.
- Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.
- Unlimited Hosting Hub does not charge late fees; however, unpaid services may be suspended.
- The service due date does not change if payment is made late.
6. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Client Area by selecting My Services → Manage → Request Cancellation.
- Cancellation requests sent via email or support tickets will not be considered valid.
- Upon cancellation, services will be terminated and all hosted data will be permanently deleted.
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to cancellation.
- Cancellation processing may take up to 7 days.
Domain auto-renewal stops only when disabled from the Client Area.
7. Termination of Services
Unlimited Hosting Hub may terminate or suspend Services immediately, without notice, if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- These Terms or policies are violated
- Your actions harm our infrastructure, staff, or other customers
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff occurs
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
No refunds will be issued for terminated services, and all outstanding fees remain payable. Upon termination, all Content may be permanently deleted.
8. Customer Responsibility & Liability
- Customers are fully responsible for all Content hosted under their Account.
- Reseller and multi-user account holders are responsible for their clients’ actions.
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- Unlimited Hosting Hub is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from service use.
- Customers use the Services at their own risk.
9. Free Domain Offer
- A free .com, .uk and .co.uk domain is included for the first year with eligible hosting plans (Budget, Unlimited, WordPress) when purchasing 12 months or more.
- The free domain applies only to the first year; standard renewal charges will apply from the second year onward at the regular domain price.
- If the 30-day money-back guarantee is used, the domain registration fee will be charged at the regular price, as domain registrations are non-refundable.

10. Account Credits
- Account credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Credits may only be used within the original Account.
11. Domain Services
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed.
- Customers must not register domains infringing trademarks or brand rights.
- Renewal reminders are sent 15 days before expiry; failure to renew is the Customer’s responsibility.
- No refunds are issued for renewed domains.
12. Free Hosting for Charities
This offer is strictly limited to charities registered in Pakistan and is not available in any other country.
Unlimited Hosting Hub provides free web hosting to eligible, Pakistan-registered charitable organizations, subject to successful verification and approval.
12.1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The organization must be a legally registered charity in Pakistan
- The primary contact person must be a verified trustee, director, or authorized representative
- The charity’s domain name must be registered with or transferred to Unlimited Hosting Hub
- A small footer credit/link acknowledging Unlimited Hosting Hub’s support must remain visible on the website
Unlimited Hosting Hub reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion if eligibility or verification requirements are not met.
13. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Available to new customers only
- Applies to hosting services only (domains excluded)
- Requests must be made within the eligible period
- Violations of these Terms void the refund policy
14. Backups
- All data, including files, databases, and email, is backed up daily via JetBackup. Restore points are provided for convenience and are subject to backup retention limits, system availability, and technical constraints
- We do not guarantee backup availability so customers must maintain their own independent backups as well.
15. Resource Usage Policy
- Shared hosting is intended for website hosting only
- Storage for backups, file archiving, media repositories, or external downloads is prohibited
- Excessive CPU, memory, or disk usage may result in suspension or termination
16. “Unlimited” Features Polic
We do not impose predefined limits on disk space or bandwidth (data transfer) for hosting plans labeled as “Unlimited.” These plans are designed to provide customers with the flexibility and resources needed to build and grow a strong online presence.
However, to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all customers, use of disk space and bandwidth must comply with our Terms of Service and Excessive Resource Usage Policy. Resources must be used solely for the normal operation of a personal, professional, or small business website.
Unlimited plans may not be used for:
- File storage, backup, or archiving purposes
- Content distribution networks, mirror sites, or similar high-load usage
- Any activity that negatively impacts server performance or other customers
If a hosting account is found to be in violation of our Content Policy, Excessive Resource Usage Policy, or Terms of Service, Unlimited Hosting Hub reserves the right to remove or restrict the affected content. While we make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance, action may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect system stability or service quality.
17. Affiliate Program
Unlimited Hosting Hub offers an affiliate program that allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers through unique affiliate links. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval, and Unlimited Hosting Hub reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
17.1. Commissions & Eligibility
Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on successful hosting service sign-ups completed through their referral link. Commissions are applicable only to eligible hosting services and do not apply to domain registrations, renewals, refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled services. To account for our 30-day money-back guarantee, commissions are held for a validation period of 45 days from the date of purchase and are released only if the referred service remains active and in good standing.
17.2. Payouts & Thresholds
Affiliate commissions become eligible for withdrawal once the minimum payout threshold of USD $10 is reached. Payment methods, schedules, and processing times are determined by Unlimited Hosting Hub and may be updated from time to time. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to their earnings.
17.3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, unsolicited messaging, impersonation of Unlimited Hosting Hub, trademark bidding without permission, coupon abuse, forced clicks, or any attempt to manipulate tracking, pricing, or commission attribution.
17.4. Rights & Termination
Unlimited Hosting Hub reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions and to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time where fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Upon termination, all affiliate links must be removed, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a policy violation.
18. Uptime Guarantee
Unlimited Hosting Hub provides a 99.9% network uptime guarantee. If we fail to meet this standard within a given billing period, customers may be eligible for service credit, subject to the terms outlined below.
18.1. Exclusions
The following do not count toward the uptime guarantee and are not eligible for compensation:
- Scheduled maintenance, whether announced or emergency
- Downtime caused by network providers, data centers, or upstream providers
- Interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events
18.2. Claim Process
To request a service credit due to uptime failure:
- A support ticket must be submitted to the Billing Department
- The claim must include relevant logs, timestamps, and supporting details
- All claims are subject to verification and approval
Once approved, any applicable service credit will be applied to the customer’s account within seven (7) days. Credits are non-refundable and may only be used toward future services unless otherwise stated.
Unlimited Hosting Hub reserves the right to amend uptime calculation methods and compensation guidelines at any time in accordance with its Terms of Service.
19. Coupons & Promotions
- Coupons may not be combined or manipulated using third-party tools
- We reserve the right to refuse invalid or abusive coupon usage
- Lowest advertised price on our website will be honored at time of order
20. Transfers/Migration
Unlimited Hosting Hub offers website migrations as a courtesy service to help customers move their websites quickly and with minimal downtime. Access credentials to the previous hosting account are required to perform the migration.
While our Support Engineers will make reasonable efforts to assist, we do not guarantee the availability, completeness, or timeframe of any migration. Due to differences in hosting platforms and data structures, some websites or data may be partially or fully non-transferable.
Unlimited Hosting Hub is not liable for any data loss during or after migration. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups and verifying data integrity once the migration is reported as complete.
Note: Free Migration is only available for some specific hosting plans.
21. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
